To change your address on your Zeta profile, follow these steps:
- Your Settings can be found by tapping the gear settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Overview.
- Tap "User Settings", then “Update Profile”
- Select the preferred address you'd like to change.

Provide supporting documentation for the address change. Zeta requires documentation to verify new addresses. You can send one of the following:
- State ID/Driver's license
- Utility bill
- Property tax bill
- Auto registration
- Bank statement
- Student loan bill with the address
- Mortgage bill/statement.
Once you have submitted the necessary documentation, your address will be updated within 1-2 business days.
