By subscribing to Zeta+, you can unlock up to 10 active cards at one time. To create additional cards you will need to terminate existing cards.
I subscribed to Cards+ and still can't issue a new Virtual Card? When you sign up for Cards+, during the trial period for Zeta+, you are not able to issue more than one virtual card at that time. Once you are a paying subscriber of Zeta+ after the free trial ends, you will then have the ability to issue additional cards. This is partly a security measure and also because any cards issued during the free trial beyond the first one would be terminated if you cancel your trial, which could cause issues if you had set them up with merchants for future payments.
